It’s the “do or die” moment for Miracle Valley. Cochise County have been preparing to sell the historic A. A. Allen property (pictured above) since Arizona State acquired it for back taxes. Yesterday in a County Work Session they sent a clear message, “Purchase it at auction now, or we’ll demolish the buildings!” The time has come and we need your help today!

I am the great-granddaughter of A. A. Allen and the President and Executive Director of Miracle Valley Oasis Center, a nonprofit church. In December 2022 God spoke to me in Miracle Valley that it’s time to take the land and recover all! In this time we’ve thwarted demolition on four occassions preserving the historic buildings from destruction. Along the way, we’ve helped this landmark property become eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district!

We’ve all prayed fervently and waited (rather impatiently) for the moment Miracle Valley Oasis Center can acquire the property and begin restoration. Now we need your help to urgently take action to secure the property before it is too late!

You can watch for the details here.

At the Cochise County Work Session Tuesday, August 27th, the County officials agreed to put the property up for sale this September with solid parameters to ensure a successful sale. It was highlighted that the $251,266 spent on the property during their stewardship doing asbestos abatement, trash and concrete removal was done to give future owners the best chance at restoration.

With the sale and external processes now upon us, we are in dire need of $1.5 million. We’re already seeing generous donations come in to help us meet our goal to be restoration ready!

We urgently need your help to raise $1.5 million by Sept 7, 2024.

This will be added to our funds raised the past year helping cover additional costs in securing the property, fees, legal and fair representation, AND urgent preservation needs upon acquiring the property.

There is a catch…

If we don’t secure the property, they’ve agreed the buildings will be demolished immediately after the auction. Our team has done everything we can and now the outcome is up to you!

There are no “do-over’s” on this and we cannot simply acquire. The property has some buildings which we will be forced to demolish if restoration does not begin swiftly after acquisition. This is a critical time. The stakes could not be higher! We must purchase the property in September AND be ready to begin urgent preservation tasks immediately.

Many of you have said you’ve waited for this moment to give your best gift. Now is the time. Others may be watching on the sidelines to see how things turn out.

The truth is, this cannot happen without every single one of us participating this week.

A. A. Allen said, “The master key to prosperity is obedience.” If we want this property to be a beacon of hope, freedom and life once again, we must act with obedience.

My husband and I have sold everything, moved from England, bought a house (because we’re not going anywhere), poured countless thousands of dollars into this and I’ve volunteered full time for 19 months so we can support this work God is breaking open here. Our team have relentlessly prayed, volunteered and given.

Will you join us in radical obedience at this critical hour so we may awaken revival and leave a spiritual inheritance to our childrens children? Join us now, before it is too late!

Give today and help raise $1.5 million to save Miracle Valley!
