Cochise County officially announced dates to sell A. A. Allen’s historic Miracle Valley property at auction.

  • Bidding Starts: Monday, September 23, 2024
  • Bidding Ends: Friday, October 4, 2024
  • Minimum Bid: $150,000
  • Pre-Bid Deposit: $50,000
  • Funds Needed to be Restoration Ready: $1,500,000

We urgently need your help as we finish raising funds to be restoration ready. With the sale and external processes now upon us, we are in dire need of your support. We’re already seeing generous donations come in to help us meet this goal but we’re not there yet.

We urgently need your help to finish raising $1.5 million by Sept 23, 2024.

We’ve been able to extend our fundraising date from September 7th, to September 23rd due to the County starting the auction later than initially expected. This will be added to our funds raised the past year helping cover additional costs in securing the property, fees, AND urgent preservation needs upon acquiring the property. 

We cannot be complacent… If we don’t secure the property, the County have agreed the buildings will be demolished immediately after the auction. Our team has done everything we can and now the outcome is up to you!

There are no “do-over’s” on this and we cannot simply acquire. The property has some buildings which we will be forced to demolish if restoration does not begin swiftly after acquisition. This is a critical time. The stakes could not be higher! We must purchase the property in September AND be ready to begin urgent preservation tasks immediately. The time has come.
